Our approach
Supromail is operated by Leatra Technologies LTD. This page summarizes security measures used for the hosted Supromail service. It is informational and does not create an uptime, recovery-time, or service-level commitment.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and customer data. These include:
- access controls intended to limit access to authorized people, systems, and customer workspaces;
- encryption in transit and protections for sensitive credentials held by the Service;
- account roles and controls for connected sending resources;
- safeguards intended to detect, prevent, and respond to abuse and unauthorized use; and
- backup and recovery processes for hosted-service data.
No security measure can eliminate all risk. You are responsible for safeguarding your own account credentials, API keys, connected devices, and systems you choose to connect to Supromail.
Sensitive and regulated data
Do not use the Service for highly sensitive or regulated data unless we have expressly agreed in writing that the intended use is supported. You remain responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable for your use case and for meeting obligations that apply to your data.
Report a security issue
To report a suspected vulnerability, security incident, or unauthorized access involving Supromail, email [email protected]. Provide enough detail for us to investigate and avoid accessing, modifying, or disclosing data that does not belong to you.
